A day trip to the Ourika river course in order to admire the scenery of the High Atlas, completely different from that seen in Marrakech and populated by small villages on the slopes of the valley. We will continue to Setti Fatma, a small town from which part to visit the waterfalls of the river Ourika where you can enjoy the delicious food of Tajin and a short walk along the falls of Ourika. Back up in the afternoon to Marrakech.

Your English speaking driver will pick you up at 08.30 am. from your Riad We take the road towards the Atlas mountains with beautiful and green nature – and we will also pass small Berber villages on our way. A local family will host us for a shortstop in the meaning to let you have an insight into life in these areas. The owner has prepared Moroccan tea that you will be served together with a small traditional village “breakfast”. At the same time, you can enjoy the fantastic view of the valley and the old village with history back to the 17th Century. After this break, we continue further into Ourika until we arrive at the great waterfalls Setti Fatima.
Here you can enjoy a good lunch and maybe a small walk in the area. In the afternoon we return to your Riad in Marrakech early evening.
